8 free things every site should do?

Last night Seth Godin posted 8 free things every site should do. It really should be called "8 free things every blog should do," but other than that, it's worth a read.

This morning Jeremiah Owyang took the list and added his own thoughts. Included was:

"2. Become a Digger
Jeremiah: Become a Digger, yup, makes sense, soon we'll have all of our employees digging and we'll learn to game the system. So if one company that has 300,000 employees gets all their employees to digg every press release will that make Digg effective and accurate?"

Clearly, Jeremiah wasn't totally sold.
