Pajama Market is now a Typepad affiliate
by Brian Brown (follow me on Twitter): September 18, 2006
[UPDATE: Looking back at this post, I realize it's totally out of date. Although technically I am still a Typepad affiliate, I no longer have affiliate links on Pajama Market (other than this post).
Why? Typepad's affiliate program sucks. They are getting $5-$15 every month from someone I recommend to their blog platform, yet I get a measly $30 for the effort. That makes it one of the stingiest affiliate programs I know of, right up there with Amazon's. So I'm no longer actively trying to send you to Typepad. I still use it, I still love it, but only sign up if you think it will work for you. -Brian, 4/22/08]
Just wanted to announce that PJ is now an affiliate of Typepad as of today. You will notice a link on the site that says Set Up Your Blog Now! (above the search box) which brings you to the Typepad website. PJ is getting a small cut of your membership fee ($30) if you sign up after clicking this link, so click away.
I decided to join their affiliate network only because I use Typepad, I think they have more to offer a small business blogger than Wordpress or Blogger, and they have been very supportive of this site.
If you have any questions about Typepad compared to Wordpress or Blogger, please leave them in the comments and I'll be happy to answer them.
